Cowboys

Two guys went into a bar to buy some nice refreshing drinks. They were both cowboys and had worked hard that day. Fred was the older of the two being about 35 and Timmy was a young chap having reached only 24 years. Fred was a skinny guy with a bald spot on the back of his head. Timmy was a skinny guy also but just not as skinny as Fred. They were reflecting on the day’s activities. Because Fred was the leader of the two, he asked the first question.

“How’d you like the day, Timmy?”

“I think it was just fine.”

“What do you mean by that? Don’t you remember how you let the steer get away and it fell into the ditch and broke both of its front legs? I don’t call that a fine day!” He was pretty angry at Timmy.

After that, Timmy apologized and told Fred he would get him a new steer. He even bought Fred a drink so he could cool down. They used the steer that broke its ankle as a beef cow and had delicious steak together. Fred still keeps its horns on the wall in his office in memory of his great friend Timmy.

The End.
